Our software provides you with fully automated backup for all of your vital data to secure off-site facilities in the UK. Should the worst happen, this provides you with instant access to all of your business critical files performing a vital role in the recovery process.
The service is fast, secure (encrypted to 448-bit military standard) and safe: your data is held in three secure server parks hundreds of miles apart.
It's easy too - The software provided by First Recovery was voted 'easiest to use' two years running by the independent consumer organisation Which? (Computing Which? Magazine).
After the software is installed, simply select the files you wish to back up, click 'Save' - and that's it: that's all you have to do. From now on, all the files you selected will be backed up, automatically, at night or whenever you like. You will be sent an email each day telling you the back up has been successful.

Our automated backup system is only available on a direct basis if you have purchased an annual Disaster Recovery contract from us. You will need your contract number to register for the service.
We will invoice you quarterly based on the amount of data you elect to store. Our monthly charges are £4.00 per gigabyte in respect of the first 5 gigabytes stored, reducing to £3.00 per gigabyte in respect of all storage in excess of this amount.
